Welcome to DKS Upholstery Pte Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging our services, visiting our website, or contacting us through WhatsApp, email, or any other platform, you (“customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Scope of Services
We provide upholstery, reupholstery, repairs, custom furniture, and related services. The details of each service, including pricing and timelines, will be confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or quotation) before work begins.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are based on the photos, descriptions, and information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, or adjustments are required after inspection.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing taxes where applicable.
3. Pickup, Delivery & Customer Responsibility
- We offer pickup and delivery services within Singapore. Charges may apply.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access (e.g., lifts, staircases, entry points). Additional handling fees may apply for difficult access.
- Customers must inspect their furniture upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. .
4. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unreasonable conduct.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, photos, and designs on our website, gallery, and marketing materials are the property of DKS Upholstery Pvt Ltd and may not be used without written consent.
